Sara works with child nutrition teams in Northwest and rural Arkansas to understand the students' perceptions of new food offerings through surveys and focus groups. She has worked in and observed kitchens across the state and interviewed child nutrition directors, cafeteria managers, and kitchen staff to understand their unique strengths and common challenges and barriers to feeding students in Arkansas. Sara is passionate about feeding Arkansas students and increasing access to resources and support for child nutrition teams.
