While USDA is allowing State Agencies to move from a 3 year to a 5 year monitoring review cycle, it isn't as easy as CNU staff just showing up every 5 years. This session will introduce the "risk assessment" that is required in order to move to a 5 year cycle. Ms. Jackson will also discuss what will trigger a review more often than every 5 years.
