Sonia holds a Master's degree in Education and is certified in both Elementary Education and School Counseling.  She has worked in the field of education for over 21 years. Sonia has obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, further enhancing her expertise in addressing behavioral challenges in educational settings. She is currently working towards her Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in her field.  Sonia is currently employed as one of the Arkansas K-12 Behavior Support Specialists .  She works statewide to provide behavior support services to Arkansas schools. She is a member of the Arkansas Association for Applied Behavior Analysis and the Arkansas School Counseling Association.
