Dr. Kroeger is the Director of Assessment Products with Evaluation Systems. In that role, she provides direct support to Arkansas educator preparation programs (EPPs) for the Foundations of Reading test and edTPA.  

Dr. Kroeger has worked directly with traditional EPPs, and national and district-based alternative route programs. Dr. Kroeger started her career as a Montessori early childhood education teacher in Ohio. After earning her PhD, she was a faculty member in a college of education in Wisconsin where she was also the edTPA Coordinator. Following that, she and her family moved to New Jersey where Dr. Kroeger was the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management and Accreditation at Rowan University. In 2020, Dr. Kroeger joined the Pearson team where she began working directly with state department of education and educator preparation programs across the country to meet their teacher licensure needs.
