With a foundational background in business, Kelly brings a strategic and innovative approach to education, emphasizing the integration of career and technical education to enhance student engagement and success. Before assuming her current role, Kelly served as Principal of the Don Tyson School of Innovation in Springdale, Arkansas. She led significant advancements in educational technology and program development during her tenure, notably in career-oriented curriculum. This focus has become a cornerstone of her educational philosophy, which also emphasizes supporting Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers through collaborative teamwork.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Education from the University of Arkansas. She furthered her expertise in educational administration by obtaining a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.
