School Liaison Program Manager
Mrs. Terri Williams is the School Liaison for the 19th Force Support Group at Little Rock AFB, AR. She serves as the Advisor to the Commander on all PreK-12 education matters, provides operational oversight for the Little Rock AFB School Liaison Program, and promotes outreach, advocacy, and partnership initiatives for the state to all branches of active duty, guard and reserve military and civilian personnel assigned to AR. Mrs. Williams generates real-time solutions for over 8400 military-connected students who are facing global educational challenges and transitions, to include education and compliance with the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children while promoting Arkansas' Purple Star Program to the local school districts supporting military families and their unique situations. Mrs. Williams is a Master Resilience Trainer to support the BOUNCE Program Instructor for Mental Health First Aid for youth. Mrs. Williams is a native to AR and began working for the Air Force in March 2002. Prior to this assignment, Mrs. Williams served as a Training and Curriculum Specialist at Little Rock AFB with Child and Youth Programs. In this time, she provided training and support for over 120 staff and 350 military children birth through 18.
Professional highlights of her career with the Air Force include bringing STARBASE Arkansas to LRAFB as a free week long "hands on minds on" AF level STEM curriculum to local scholars. Also organizing an all female C130 crew to include our first female base Commander piloting a flight for the SHE Can AR Aviation Camp and the Smithsonian Aviation Museum. The campers toured the C130, spoke to our crew for hands on demo and discussion on AF STEM careers. Col Ochoa was keynote at graduation and pinned wings on the cadets.
