Dr. Shelia Smith is a Licensed Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 17 years working with students, parents and schools. She received a doctorate in school psychology from the University of Central Arkansas and further education in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. Dr. Smith currently serves as the Coordinator of the Arkansas K-12 Behavior Support Specialists. In this role, she oversees their multi-year, state-wide capacity building initiative providing school districts with professional development and coaching on evidence-based interventions.
