As Director of Partnerships at SchoolKit, Michele collaborates closely with school systems to ensure they have the support they need to bring high-quality instruction to their students. Prior to SchoolKit, she managed K-12 partnerships at both large companies and high-growth start-ups, and taught 6th-grade Math & Science as a classroom teacher in Chicago Public Schools. Michele earned her Masters in Teaching from the University of Chicago's Urban Teacher Education Program and her B.A. from Stanford University. When not collaborating with state and district leaders, you can find her playing with her high-energy pup Moana or searching for her next reality TV addiction. She currently resides in D.C., but loves to visit family and friends back home in Southern California.
