Kelly Boortz is the Executive Director of Middle-Level Education and the former principal of the Don Tyson School of Innovation. A passionate advocate for Career and Technical Education (CTE), she began her career as a CTE teacher. Boortz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia, a Master’s degree in Business Education from the University of Arkansas, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.
