Prior to assuming the new role of superintendent, I served as the founding principal at Rogers New Technology HS. At RogersNTHS, the staff and I worked collaboratively to build a structure that valued the skills and content necessary to turn 14yr olds into adults. We were specialists in 'the journey' required to move from using strategies to do regular school to doing projects to understanding and living out - alongside our learners - project based learning!
