Let's explore English Language Arts (ELA) by discussing clear expectations for Tier 1 instruction through the AR ELA Standards and for Tier 2 instruction through the 6-12 Strategic Reading Standards.

During this session, participants can expect to receive overview

of both 6-12 ELA and Strategic Reading Standards, including the organizational structure (strands, components, and standards), major shifts in each grade, and leveraging district adopted HQIM in each instructional setting.
