After a review of the basic eligibility criteria under Title I, Part C of the Migrant Education Program, we will share the ID&R process our program uses to reach and qualify all migrant students in Arkansas. We will discuss ways we can bridge gaps and look for feedback from districts for building stronger relationships through district coordination to ensure all migrant students are quickly enrolled into the program, so we may provide supplemental education services as needed. Target Audience: District/school administrators, federal programs coordinators, eSchool/APSCN/Triand staff, and district migrant staff.
